Datamax-O'Neil To Show Its Latest Stationary Printers And Supplies At BlueStar Lunch & Learn Events In UK

Presentation of current desktop printers, new battery pack and keyboard application in Nottingham, Harpenden and Salford.

Datamax-O’Neil, leading manufacturer of stationary, vehicle mount, portable label and receipt printers, showcases its state-of-the-art stationary printers as well as supplies at BlueStar UK’s Lunch & Learn in June. The events of its valued added distribution partner take place in Nottingham (June 11), Harpenden (June 12) and Salford (June 13). At these events, Datamax-O’Neil presents its latest stationary printers, such as the E-Class Mark III-series along with the new MPU-4000 battery pack for standalone keyboard or scanner driven applications.

“The focused and interactive events of our partner BlueStar UK are ideal to interchange with resellers about our products and the latest trends in the printing technology sector,” says Christian Bischoff, Regional General Manager EMEA at Datamax-O’Neil. “We look forward to taking part in the Lunch & Learn sessions and presenting our current products.”

The E-Class Mark III-series provides the best desktop printers in their segment. They offer fast print speeds, a quick loading of media as well as a wide range of communication interfaces such as Bluetooth and WLAN. This makes them easy to use and maintain. Furthermore, the E-Class Mark III stationary printers are extremely rugged due to the double-wall construction. Therefore they are suitable for a variety of applications in logistics, transportation, manufacturing, production, retail and healthcare.

The MPU-4000 is a fully integrated battery pack that can be attached to the base of the E-Class Mark III printers. Utilizing long lasting lithium polymer batteries, it delivers enough power for the printer to run for several days without recharging. At the BlueStar UK Lunch & Learn events Datamax-O’Neil also shows the keyboard application supporting standalone variable input and label generation. Other USB devices can be used such as scanners and memory devices. Applications already identified include printing from a trolley for inventory management, retail in-store price marking, patient and sample ID for healthcare. The benefits of printing at the point of use for end users include improved accuracy, productivity and cost efficiency.

BlueStar UK is a distributor of products in the RFID, automatic data capture and point of sale sectors. Offering mobile computers, label and barcode printers as well as software solutions and supplies, the company especially addresses resellers, dealers, system integrators and IT consultants.
