Datamax-O'Neil Presents Its Latest Printers And Supplies At LogiMAT 2011

Datamax-O'Neil, a member of Dover Corporation's Product Identification Group and one of the world's leading suppliers of stationary and portable label and receipt printing solutions, will present its state-of-the-art printers, ribbons and services for the logistics sector at LogiMAT 2011 in Stuttgart, Germany (8 - 10 February). The company is located at stand 523 in hall 3 where the spotlight will be on the new IQWax, IQMid and IQRes thermal transfer ribbons. In addition, trade visitors will have the opportunity to find out more about the RL4 portable 4" label printer, the MP Compact4 Mark II thermal printer and the broad range of warranties and services available for all Datamax-O'Neil printers.

"With our latest printers and the new thermal transfer ribbons we meet the demand for reliable and efficient technologies among many logistics service providers," explained Christian Bischoff, Regional General Manager EMEA at Datamax-O'Neil. "Our current portfolio of stationary and portable printers allows us to offer every user the perfect solution for his requirements."

The IQWax, IQMid and IQRes thermal transfer ribbons expand the portfolio of supplies Datamax-O'Neil offers for its stationary printers. They meet the requirements for the broadest range of applications and can be used for label and receipt printing in diverse industries like logistics, healthcare, automotive, retail, and pharmaceuticals. The new ribbons are compatible with all of Datamax-O'Neil's stationary printers and produce high-quality images as well as offering a high tolerance to environmental extremes. They are resistant to high temperatures and deliver excellent high-resolution results at speeds of up to 12 ips.

At LogiMAT 2011, Datamax-O'Neil will also present the RL4 – currently the most rugged portable 4" label printer available. This printer was especially developed for use under extreme conditions, can be integrated flexibly and quickly into existing environments and produces labels with a high degree of reliability. It can easily be worn on the user's belt or installed in lift trucks and other vehicles allowing labels to be printed directly on-site and on-demand, for example in warehouses.

The MP Compact4 Mark II is Datamax-O'Neil's stable and user-friendly thermal printer with a remarkably small footprint. Designed for use in manufacturing environments as well as in warehouse and shipping, it is protected against external influences such as dirt and vibrations by a metal die cast cover. The cover's ergonomic design allows users to replace the label rolls both rapidly and efficiently. Like the RL4, the MP Compact4 Mark II can be installed in lift trucks or mobile carts.

Moreover, trade visitors at LogiMAT 2011 can find out more about the comprehensive range of services with which Datamax-O'Neil supports its partners and therefore also the users of its technologies in the logistics sector including industry-specific service modules.
