Datastrip Supplies Readers To Techno Brain

Datastrip has announced it has supplied its EasyVerify handheld biometric readers to Tanzanian IT and training firm Techno Brain.
Techno Brain has operations in Africa, Australia and India.
"Techno Brain selected Datastrip's EasyVerify because of its flexibility and customizability for projects ranging from criminal/civil AFIS to border management and law enforcement," says Patrick Gilmore, Datastrip's vice president, National Sales.
EasyVerify is a small, lightweight and rugged device with a QWERTY keyboard, a 3.7 inch 640 x 480 pixel colour LCD display, a contactless smart card reader, and a FIPS 201/NIST SP 800-76-compliant fingerprint sensor. It offers a variety of expansion capabilities for facial and iris biometrics as well as wireless and wired communications interfaces.
