Some of the most compelling benefits to working under a unified network architecture are the advanced networking capabilities it affords. An all Cisco-compatible architecture allows users to invoke Cisco Certified Extension (CCX) features and capabilities. These features extend beyond basic WLAN capabilities; in fact, there are more than 60 distinct functional improvements that can be grouped into several categories or operational areas of functionality.
