MasterTrak Plus (MTP) manages your companies Fixed Assets, using either Barcodes or RFID or both. MTP allows facility or IT managers to keep track of their equipment and inventory.

Main Features:
MTP has a built in Universal Data Importer to initially import asset data and link to a bar code number or RFID. Once items are tagged, a physical inventory can easily be performed with a Portable Barcode Scanner and MTP will report all items MOVED, New or Missing. Equipment, such as Laptops, can be Checked In and Out, with convenient reports to tell what is checked out and who has it. MTP has a built in cataloging system, for establishing an catalog of common types of furniture or equipment and is used for easy entry. MTP can scan documents related to the assets, such as repair records, purchasing, lease contract, etc., using the built in Easy Image module. With the complete Custom Report Writer, ad hoc reports are a snap, created just the way you like them. labels can be generated with the custom Label Generator, customized to fit your own needs. If you want to track piece inventory, such as batteries, forms, anything to track by part number and quantity, MTP has the Inventory module built in.
