SUMMARY:
Falcon Access Control System is a powerful tool - it enables complete protection for both employees and workplace. The system enables limiting and controlling access to work areas; to see - in real time - the exact location of any individual; and to produce custom reports on location and movement of all persons for security or payroll purposes.

The system verifies cardholders before granting access, and records every Pass or attempted Pass. Falcon enables grouping terminals and cardholders in various ways to suit specific reporting and security needs.

Through the eyes of the Falcon you see a constantly updated, on-line summary of all events. The Falcon's off-line facility enables printing custom reports of all or specific transactions for any given date/time period.

Reporting Capabilities:
Use Falcon's report options to print out various types of transaction cross-sections, as well as custom reports on such factors as fire reports, absence and presence. The report generator allows generating reports from the database, and selecting which field appears in the report.

  • Choose exactly how much access each user is allowed.
  • In real time/on-line, see a passport picture of the person passing a terminal.
  • Use the Restore and Backup functions to regenerate deleted files and view previous versions of a file.
  • Define events to be reported - either as they occur, on-screen in bright colors, or in printed reports, highlighted in clearly discernible colors.
