PrintKit App To Expedite Mobile Printing Of Barcode Labels

Eposode has announced the promotion of the new PrintKit App from leading enterprise mobility solutions provider Infinite Peripherals. This app expedites mobile printing of 1D or 2D barcode and QR code labels to maximise convenience and increase efficiency. This free app can be downloaded to any iOS device to create custom labels or replicate existing labels.

Eposode Data Solutions is the exclusive distributor for Infinite Peripherals in Australia and New Zealand. Their goal is to provide innovative, low-cost measurement, sensing and mobile scanning solutions to facilitate enterprise through products specifically designed for Apple handheld mobile computers and smartphones. These data capture systems are highly sophisticated and yet simple to operate. They utilise iOS barcode scanners to provide industries with powerful barcode readers and portable data entry terminals for a wide range of applications.

Jeffrey Scott, CEO of Infinite Peripherals said, “As part of our commitment to delivering complete solutions, we developed PrintKit to give our customers a convenient, ‘out-of-the-box’ tool to print labels quickly and easily. Now, enterprises in a variety of industries no longer have to dedicate resources to developing their own app.”

The PrintKit app works with IPC’s popular DPP-255 and DPP-450 mobile printers. It is compatible with IPC’s mobile peripheral units, such as the Linea Pro and Infinea Tab, which add a barcode scanner to the iPod touch and iPhone, or the iPad, respectively. The app can be used to boost efficiency and streamline operations in multiple industries such as retail, warehousing, logistics, transportation, ticketing and supply chain.

The PrintKit app is available at the iTunes App Store. It is very simple to use. Customers need to enter the size of the label and scan the barcode of an existing label to replicate it or generate a unique 1D or 2D barcode or QR code within the app. Following this, it can be printed immediately with just the touch of a button.
