The utility which took back control of the day-to-day operations to a city/county government agency, needed to be able to get more out of their current workforce, which consists of 125 technicians and seven different work streams. SMART Schedule allows the utility to better meet service level agreements, and become more accountable to the electorate, while providing better customer service.
